| Urgent matters: We will introduce the Dextra Fertility Clinic’s emergency phone service for the period between April 25 and June 19. This service is available only for urgent prescription issues and medication-related problems in ongoing fertility treatments at Dextra that cannot wait until the next working day. Please send a TEXT MESSAGE to 040 6206689 and we will respond on weekdays between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM and on weekends and public holidays between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. For all other matters, you can continue to contact us as usual by calling our appointment and advisory line at 010 312 106 or by sending a message through the Dextra Fertility Clinic mobile app. We will respond during the clinic’s opening hours on weekdays. In case of urgent complications after procedures, please contact the nearest gynecological emergency department directly.
