Urgent matters: On-call services by email We provide services for urgent prescription matters and problems related to medication for patients undergoing fertility treatment at Dextra that cannot wait until the next business day. Please send a message to paivystys@dextra.fi and we will respond to you on weekdays between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. On weekends, public holidays, and the days before public holidays, between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. For all other matters, you can continue to contact us as usual by calling our appointment and advisory line at 010 312 106 or by sending a message through the Dextra Fertility Clinic mobile app. We will respond during the clinic’s opening hours on weekdays. In case of urgent complications after procedures, please contact the nearest gynecological emergency department directly.
